ABOUT SHIPPING
Currently, we ship all of DavinaluoStudio goods in TWO ways, Registered Post Air Mail for $10 and extra charged DHL/FEDEX express($25).
·All products are defaulted to delivery by Registered Post Air Mail.
·DHL express shipping usually takes 7-10 Days from China to USA,CAN,UK,DEU etc.
ORDERS OVER $199 CAN BE DELIVERED BY DHL EXPRESS FOR FREE!
If your shipping address is one of remote districts, you might need to pay the extra dispatch fee.
We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as fast as possible. In future, for making sure the fast and safety shipping, DavinaluoStudio will set warehouse or retail store in some countries. Actually, we already have had some warehouse in some cities, but they are still in trial operation.
ABOUT TAX
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, DavinaluoStudio cannot declare purchased items as a gift.
